We are looking for an experienced individual who has success operating in a range of sectors including education, commercial and industrial. 

The candidate should have experience with MEP co-ordination and dealing with main contractor and design teams. 

The BIM Coordinator must ensure that the client’s requirements are met with regards to the co-ordination of MEP services within the project and liaising with other disciplines to ensure and full and complete installation is achieved. 

Depending on the project, responsibilities can cover all aspects from the design stage through to completion and handover to the client.

You must have the ability and experience in large MEP contracts for new build housing and commercial projects.

Ideally the candidate should be from a Mechanical or Electrical discipline but other disciplines will be considered.

Development detailed Revit models MEP models to LOD 300 & 400.

Generation of construction plans, sections and detail drawings from Revit models.

Setup of additional Revit families and templates.

Clash management and issue identification and resolution.

Lead Coordination meetings with other disciplines and clients

Requirements

Relevant third level certification in a related engineering discipline or a relevant trade qualification.

3+ years experience

Revit 3D modelling and drawing production experience essential.

Advanced Revit setup and family creation an advantage.

Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and model management required.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.

Good organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficient in Microsoft office Outlook, Excel & Word.

Ability to integrate as part of a team to meet the Client Deliverables.

Package

Salary negotiable depending on level of relevant experience. €50,000-€65,000
