Pay: 70,000k - 80,000 depending on level of experience

Our client provides a range of mechanical and electrical engineering services that include, heating, water services, gas, ventilation and waste service installations and maintenance.

Currently recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor who has success operating in a range of sectors including data centres, Pharma, education, commercial and industrial. Ideally the candidate will be seeking a long-term opportunity.

The Supervisor must ensure that the client’s requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget and that the company secure repeat work with the client and maintain relationships. 

Depending on the project, responsibilities can cover all aspects from the design stage through to completion and handover to the client.

You must have the ability and experience in running large mechanical, plumbing and heating contracts for new build housing and commercial projects.

Responsibilities include:

Agreeing project objectives.

management of site teams and coordination of labour

managing project budgets and attending site meetings

A high level of contractual communication

Risk assessments and method statements / Health & Safety system and procedures.

Requirements:

5+ Years Experience

Third level Mechanical Engineering degree/Diploma

Proficiency in PC skills.

Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills.

Strong engineering analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Have proven experience in an engineering role in a Mechanical & Electrical environment.

Experience in implementing opportunities and initiatives in a time restricted schedule. 

Package:

Competitive Salary 70,000k - 80,000k
