Our client have a proven background in pre-construction, value engineering, project and construction management and provide complete project delivery solutions.
Construction Projects across a diverse range of commercial, life science and residential apartment buildings.
The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of one large project ca€50M in value, consisting of a complete office refurbishment and expansion , underground basement, car park packages
This role plays a critical part in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while strictly adhering to the company’s Health & Safety,
Environmental, and Quality standards.
For large, multi-sectional, or highly complex projects, the Project Manager may be on-site as part of a broader team.
Liaise with various staff and senior stakeholders, including Clients, Sub-contractors, Senior Engineer, Foreman, and Quantity Surveyor.
Take responsibility for the successful delivery of the project through leadership, management, and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Management of Design Team relationships
Management of the design development processes including the RFI processes and design development workshop activities where required.
Manage sub-contractors, engineering, and operational staff on site.
Plan weekly work programmes and produce weekly reports on project progress.
Oversee the site team to ensure key milestones are met.
Manage the project design process while working alongside the commercial team.
Work closely with the Contracts Manager and report progress to ensure the site programme aligns with budget and commercial objectives.
Continuously reinforce the Health & Safety culture, striving for an accident-free site.
Attend and chair weekly management meetings.
Manage the complete day-to-day lifecycle of the project, from initial stages through to handover.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Must have progressed from Senior Engineer role to Project Manager level.
Insitu frame experience essential
Knowledge of Civil works and associated construction methods required.
5+ years proven experience in a similar role within the construction or civil engineering industry.
Comprehensive understanding of the demands and expectations of the role in a dynamic environment.
Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering results.
A proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
Strong commercial acumen and effective negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Demonstrates a solid understanding of financial principles and cost management.
Possesses outstanding leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire and motivate others.
