Project Manager - Fit Out Contractor - Dublin

Office/Project Location: Dublin

Pay: €80K-€100K negotiable dependent on candidates experience and qualifications

Experience: 7+ years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is a well-established contractor who specialise in drylining/ ceilings / partitions with a proven track record in the successful completion of a wide variety of projects. 

The successful candidate will have the ability to work both independently and within a team, have strong communication skills, and have strong leadership qualities.

Working knowledge and experience in fit out / ceilings & partitions projects.

Understanding of typical contract documents (including, plans, specifications and applicable standards).

Responsible for communications of information amongst the site project team members and interface with the wider team.

Establish and maintain procedures with, consultants, client and subcontractors for information flow, approvals (RFI & Submittals), meetings, and reporting.

Conduct construction document reviews and examine all documents for constructability, coordination, and execution.

Schedule, conduct, attend and document all job meetings, Client/ Design meeting and coordination meetings.

Operate and maintain the company Safety & Quality Management Systems to the highest possible standard achievable.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.

7+years plus experience working on Fit out / ceilings and partitions projects

Good Planning and Problem solving skills

Managing teams (direct and indirect)

Package

€80K-€100K negotiable dependent on candidates experience and qualifications
