Our client is a leading professional services and project management firm specialising in the Biologics, Pharmaceutical, and Life Science industries. 

Responsibilities

The Project Manager is required to operate an agile project management model for the delivery of design services, procurement, and support for site operations. 

They will execute stakeholder information-gathering workshops to ascertain specific project requirements and define the project scope and brief. Establish project goals, benefits, and objectives while maintaining a specific focus on the customer and end users. 

Responsible for resource planning, scheduling, and defining key milestone dates and the overall project programme. 

Ensure clear governance and reporting structures are in place to provide transparent, unambiguous reports on progress, cost, and change to the project team. 

Carry out risk and opportunity management, and ensure robust cost and change management procedures are strictly adhered to. 

Oversee statutory compliance, planning, fire & DAC applications, along with BCAR execution and compliance. Implement project safety, health, welfare, and PSDP services. 

Act as a single point of contact, taking shared ownership of the project and partnering closely with clients to guarantee the successful delivery of project requirements.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent

8+ years of Project Management experience.

Proven experience in agile project management methodologies and design coordination Strong knowledge of Irish statutory compliance, planning, and BCAR regulations

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

Proficient in generating clear progress, cost, and schedule reports

Salary negotiable depending on experience
