Pay: €80- €95K negotiable based on experience & qualifications 

Experience: 5+ years in similar role working on similar projects

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is one of Ireland's leading Building Contractors with residential projects in Laois and have requirements for a number of Project Managers

Manage all on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and design teams to communicate progress, address issues, and maintain strong relationships.

Review project progress and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

Oversee procurement and materials management, ensuring timely availability and compliance with specifications.

Direct and supervise the Site Engineer and Site Manager to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.

Identify and resolve construction-related challenges and implement solutions effectively.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in line with Irish construction regulations.

Requirements

Hold relevant construction/engineering qualification

Main contracting experience

Previous experience working on a residential development construction projects.

Ability to work on own initiative

Self-motivated and hard worker

Strong team building skills

Analytical and decision-making skills

Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important

Strong budgeting and financial management skills

Excellent written and oral presentation skills
