Quantity Surveyor - PQS Consultancy - Limerick

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is an established practice of Chartered Quantity Surveyors with the objective of providing their Clients with a comprehensive and innovative range of surveying services, including Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Specialist Construction Cost and Consultancy services..

Prepare estimates and cost plans for variety of retail, commercial, educational and residential developments using CostX Software  

Prepare standard documentation – reports, valuations, letters, financial reports  

Prepare tender documents as required by procurement choice  

Analyze tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement  

Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations  

Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims  

Prepare and agree final accounts  

Perform other duties as may reasonably be required for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor 

Requirements

3+ years post graduate experience in a professional consultancy

Chartered (desirable) 

Pre and post contract experience  

Excellent IT skills   

Excellent communications skills  

BSc essential in a construction related discipline  

Package

€55K - 65K, depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate.
