Our client is a Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice providing cost consultancy services on large scale construction projects

Deliver comprehensive cost management and commercial advisory services from inception to completion.

Manage value engineering, building efficiencies, and feasibility studies to secure substantial savings for blue-chip clients.

Spearhead procurement strategies, risk management, and the preparation/auditing of comprehensive tender documentation.

Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and actively participate in advancing our business models.

Act as the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring financial efficiency and preventing cost overruns.

Requirements

Proven PQS Experience: Significant experience operating within a professional quantity surveying or cost consultancy environment.

Strategic Thinker: An analytical professional with sharp commercial acumen, high-level negotiation skills, and a passion for project financials.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. 

SCSI / RICS chartership or working towards it is highly advantageous.

Collaborative Nature: Someone who values strong team dynamics, open communication, and client success.

€70K - 100K, depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate.
