Quantity Surveyor - Construction Contractor​ - Glasnevin Dublin

Office/Project Location: Glasnevin Dublin

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Location: Office Based with sites visits

Pay: €50K-€80K depending on level of experience.

Experience: 4+years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is one of Ireland's leading Construction Management companies, servicing clients in the commercial, retail, healthcare, life science and industrial sectors

As a Quantity Surveyor you will work on multiple projects

Carry out an in-depth review of all tender documentation

Review and approve selected contractors /suppliers

Ensure Contractual correspondence in accordance with contract terms

Assist with project scope, goals and deliverables.

Reporting on actual costs v estimate and any variance

Present project progress reports

Requirements

Third level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline

4+ years QS experience

In-depth knowledge and understanding of the various forms of contract used in the construction industry

Package

€50K-€80K depending on level of experience.
