Our client is a leading Irish Building contractor working on Commercial & Fit-Out, Civic, Education, Conservation & Restoration, Healthcare, Pharma & Industrial, Tourism & Leisure, Residential projects.

They have requirements for Quantity Surveyors at all levels of experience for projects based throughout Dublin

Quantity Surveyor to help manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. 

Successful candidates will ensure cost control, value engineering, and commercial risk management across all phases of the project lifecycle and will play a pivotal part in delivering high-profile projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.

Efficient & timely management of the subcontractor procurement process.

Preparation of contract trade budgets.

Budget cost analysis of all packages and negotiation with subcontractors.

Management of subcontractor appointment and accounts.

Management of subcontractor payments.

Preparation of cash flow and interim valuations.

Change order management.

Requirements

2+ years experience in a similar role with construction contractors.

Degree qualified in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying.

Growing understanding of the full project lifecycle, with experience assisting in cost planning, procurement, contract administration & Risk management

You will be highly organised and self motivated with excellent communication skills.
