Quantity Surveyors - Main Construction Contractor - Dublin

Office/Project Location: Multiple project sites locations throughout Dublin, city centre, North Dublin and West Dublin

Pay: €55K-€100K++

Experience: min 3+years, positions available for Juniors, Intermediate and Senior QS's

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is a leading Irish Contractors who undertake projects throughout Ireland on large scale construction projects.

They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Civil, Residential, Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.

Requirements for multiple Quantity Surveyors at all levels of experience: Juniors, Intermediate and Senior QS's for projects based in North Dublin, City Centre and West Dublin

Requirements

Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying

3+ Years’ experience in a similar role - positions available for Juniors, Intermediate and Senior QS's

Good written and oral communication skills

Experience working with Subcontractors and Clients.

Good problem-solving skills.

A reasonable knowledge of current forms of Agreement for the industry

Computer literate in Microsoft Office, and have knowledge of Bluebeam, CostX, and Cubit

Able to work well under pressure, on your own and also as part of a team.

Package

€55K - €100K + negotiable based on experience & qualifications
