RGII Boiler Maintenance Technician - M&E Contractor - Co Dublin

Our client offers a full range full range of Mechanical, Electrical & Maintenance Services including Engineering, Project Management, Design & Build, Construction, Asset Management, PPM, 24/7 reactive maintenance and validation.

They are looking for a RGII Boiler Maintenance Technician to join a large Maintenance Team which focuses primarily on the mechanical services. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical skills and proven experience in all aspects of Gas Boilers, HVAC Units, other gas related and plumbing services. This role is based in Dublin and surrounding areas.

Carrying out preventative maintenance on Commercial, Hospital, Healthcare Sites

Ensure that the work complies with site safety protocols and quality control standards.

Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required

Build and maintain relationships with clients, while promoting Tritech as an employer of choice.

Liaise with the service desk and respond to all non-technical and technical queries in a timely manner to ensure conformance with the relevant Service Level Agreement.

Maintain an internal ‘Best Practice’ regime and encourage continuous improvements.

Provide cover to sites for out of hours situations on a rotational basis

Ability to work within set time scales 

Requirements

Relevant trade qualification and/or third level qualification essential

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role essential

Strong Boiler fault finding is essential

Good communication skills

RGII Licence / Safepass

OFTEC Certification an advantage but not necessary

Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team

Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines

Good knowledge of HVAC plant and controls

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Full Driver’s Licence required

Plumbing & heating experience required.

Package

Salary €50K-€70K depending on experience
