Rail Track Engineer / Designer

Location: Dublin

Employment Type: Contract 

Work Location: Office based / Hybrid

Pay: Contract Rate 70 - 75 per hour

Experience: 5+ years experience in Rail

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is a large multinational EPCM consultancy that undertakes works in the highway and public realm and transportation areas.

Assist in the development and implementation of network-wide track improvements, the purpose of which will be to improve network resilience, connectivity, flexibility, capacity, and services improvements. The individual will lead the updating of track maintenance standards and tolerances and advise on a programme of work to address all current and future track defects. 

Review the current rail operational and maintenance tolerances as described in the Operations and Maintenance contract recommending improvements, refinement and consistency of same  

Qualifications:

Chartered engineer, with a minimum qualification of NFQ Level 8. 

A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in rail track design. 

Package:

Contract role, 5 year contract 

70 - 75 per hour
