Revit Technician - Residentisal / Commercial - South Dublin

Office/Project Location: Dun Laoghaire, Dublin.

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Location:  Office Based / Hybrid

Pay:  €45,000 - €55,000 per year

Experience: 3+year

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is an award-winning Studio conveniently located in Dublin on a Dart line.

They have excellent in-house training and are advancing their company to BIM Level 2 Certification.

Requirements

3+ years experience in a similar modeling role such as in architectural/engineering practice.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience in Revit 2020 or higher

Knowledge of BIM is an advantage

Experience in the creation and management of parametric Revit family creation.

Knowledge of work-sets, work-sharing, etc.

Experience & exposure in the architectural & AEC industry is an advantage.

Experience in interoperability between different 3D model formats and software is essential

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

High level of oral and written English.

Package

Salary of €45000 - €55,000 negotiable depending on experience
