Senior Architect - Mixed Projects - Cork City

Office/Project Location: Cork City

Work Location:  Office Based / Hybrid

Pay:  €65k - €85k per year

Experience: 7+ years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our Client is an award winning practice with offices all around the country, they are currently working on some of the largest projects in Ireland

Lead projects, carrying them from A-Z, including meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and taking measurements whilst on site and planning.

You will need to coordinate the design team and be capable of chairing site meetings and interfacing with contractors.

Design and deliver intelligent solutions for cross-sector commercial and residential builds among others

Design and detail in both AutoCAD and more importantly Revit

You will work both individually and as part of a team.

Be able to work across multiple project simultaneously

Requirements

Recognised Architectural qualification

Minimum 7 years post graduate experience.

Portfolio must show flair for Innovation in design. 

Skills in Autocad, 3D software, InDesign, Photoshop and Revit are also expected

Must have good technical attention to detail as well

Experience of Data Centre/Industrial projects is an advantage

Excellent project management skills

Site experience desirable

Good attention to detail and ability to manage clients, design team requirements

Good knowledge of Irish building regulations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Self-driven and eager to be part of a busy growing office environment working on multiple projects

Package

€60,000 - €85,000 salary negotiable based on experience

22 Days holiday per year.
