Senior Architect / Technologist - Data Centres.

Office/Project Location: Dublin City Centre.

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Location:  Office Based

Pay:  €75k - €85k per year.

Experience: 6+ years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is currently hiring a Senior Architect / Technologist to work in their Dublin office. The successful candidate will have 6+ years design experience. Data Centre experience is an advantage.

Interfacing with client design team/end users.

Delivery of design scope within budget hours/schedule.

Leading design team to achieve project deliverables.

Technical input and support for process design team.

Coordination of design with other design disciplines and equipment suppliers.

Completion of Design Risk Assessments.

Participation in Technical and Safety reviews.

B(C)AR management

Requirements

Revit profficiency is essential

Strong detailing ability is essential

Degree in Architecture. / Architectural Technology.

Member of the RIAI.

6+ years Design experience.

Experience in leading a design team and coordinating the other team members.

Excellent communication skills (ability to lead technical reviews).

Strong working knowledge of Revit, Microsoft Office, sketch up & AutoCAD.

Project management experience an advantage.

Package

Salary negotiable based on experience

€75,000 - 85,000
