Pay:  Salary Negotiable. €65,000-€85,000

Experience: 8+ years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is a a medium-sized Irish architectural firm

They work on projects in the hotel and hospitality, residential and commercial, sport and leisure design sectors.

Part 3 qualified, sskilled and experienced Senior Architect to oversee the design and execution of various architectural projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

8+ years of Architectural experience

Accredited qualification and Membership of the RIAI

Conversant with the Irish Building Regulations and Planning Policies

Conversant with BC(A)R

Essential skills with Autodesk Revit

Knowledge of NBS Specification

Experience in a variety of construction methods

Strong technical skills and construction detailing

Attention to detail, precision and accuracy

Good interpersonal skills and effective liaison with external specialists

Knowledge of the BIM process

Positive work ethic and self-motivated approach

Package

Competitive Salary, negotiable based on experience. €65,000-€85,000
