Our client is a a medium-sized Irish architectural firm

They work on projects in the hotel and hospitality, residential and commercial, sport and leisure design sectors.

Skilled Senior Architectural Technician with extensive experience in BIM and CAD.

Requirements

Degree in Architectural Technology

8+ years of relevant experience.

Experience in commercial projects, familiarity with hospitality a plus.

Proficiency in Autodesk, Revit and strong experience in BIM.

Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and on-site experience.

Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities, site meetings and problem-solving.

Package

Competitive Salary, negotiable based on experience. €50,000-€60,000
