Senior Architectural Technologist - Commercial - Limerick City

Our Client has been based in Limerick for over thirty years.

They work on a variety of projects across mutliple sectors, which include, commercial, education, healthcare, conservation and residential projects.

The successful candidates will be involved in a number of projects at various stages, which may include an element of site based work.

Requirements

A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology 

10+ years post-graduation experience, working on developing projects from inception to site. 

Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations

Registration with professional bodies such as RIAI, CIAT, CIOB etc would be of benefit

Experience in preparing statutory consent applications, detailed design, tender, and construction documentation demonstrates your proficiency in navigating the nuances of architectural projects.

Excellent understanding and experience with Irish planning, building regulations, building control, and health & safety legislation are invaluable assets to our team. 

Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, while knowledge of Revit is desirable.

An interest or expertise in design innovation areas such as modular construction and prefabricated systems is also desirable.

Previous site experience is advantageous, offering valuable insights into practical design implementation, and possession of a valid driver's license with access to a car is essential for attending site visits. 

Package

Salary €50,000-€70,000 negotiable depending on experience.
