Senior Civil/Structural/Project Engineer - Kildare

Our client is a Civil and Structural engineering consultancy practice. 

The practice has extensive experience in both public and private sector engineering projects across a broad range of sectors including educational, infrastructural, conservation and refurbishment, commercial, residential and industrial developments.

This role is for Candidates who have worked in the Irish Civil & Structural Consultancy and is interested in developing their career in major projects (10-100mil)

This is an exciting new opportunity to move from design to Project Engineer where you will lead and manage the overall design on your own projects under supervision from feasibility to handover

Requirements

5 years experience of relevant Structural building projects in a C&S Consultancy (Residential, Commercial, Educational, Health, Leisure, Industrial) in Ireland

At or approaching Chartered Engineer Status (or equivalent)

Experience and competence in structural design to Eurocode Standards for structural buildings in Reinforced Concrete, precast concrete Structural Steelwork, masonry and timber strictures, including Loading Eurocode

Familiarity with Irish Building Regulations

Familiarity with structural modelling software- Tekla, TEDDS Fastrack, Robot

Excellent knowledge of BC(A)R required in role of C&S Ancillary designer

Competency and knowledge to design and manage civil and infrastructural design as part of project from feasibility and Planning stages to completion
