Senior Health & Safety Manager - Construction Contractor - Dublin

Our client is a leading Irish Contractor with projects throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. 

They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety, a passion for ensuring a safe working environment, and the ability to lead a team to achieve safety goals.

Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Company’s EHS Management System on allocated projects.

Promote a positive Health and Safety culture on-site with Site Management, Contractors and workers and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and develop effective solutions.

Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in safety regulations.

Requirements

Recognised Health and Safety Degree or Diploma.

Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.

08+years’ of industry experience.

Construction experience working with main contractors

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
