Senior Landscape Architect - Blackrock, Dublin

Pay:  €65k - €80k per year

Experience: 8+ years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our Client is a leading practice with a wide variety of projects ranging from landscape planning to large industrial projects to interior fit-outs in Ireland and overseas.

Prepare and present design proposals using AutoCAD and REVIT.

Detailed design process and coordinate design information.

Produce, analyse and advise on detailed specifications and processes to be used.

We work on projects that are highly diverse in typology, scale and geographic range.

Projects include: exciting regeneration and mixed-use developments in Ireland and UK, large scale international master planning projects in China, the Middle East and the Americas, hotels and resorts in the Mediterranean, all pushing the boundaries of sustainable design.

We like to see things get built and see through most of our projects to construction.

Requirements

A recognised qualification in Landscape Architecture or Architecture

Extensive experience in conceptualisation, detailed design, construction detailing & tender documentation

Site experience including dealing with design- & construction members is essential

Ability to communicate well in English (written and verbal)

Ability to mentor, take instruction, delegate & work on own initiative

Ability to lead multiple projects at any one time

Ability to compile, write and review reports at all stages of design

Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and with clients directly

Required software skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite & MS Office (SketchUp & Lumion advantageous)

Package

Salary €65k - €80k based experience, negotiable for the right candidates.
