Senior MEP lead (Building Services) - Consultancy

Experience: 10+ years’ experience in building services / MEP consultancy in the Irish/UK market

Our Client is looking for a Senior MEP lead for building services projects across their portfolio of Educational, Healthcare and Remediation projects.  

Role Overview:

Dublin-based, full-time

Leading and managing a MEP team (mechanical, electrical, CAD)

Full responsibility for project delivery, coordination, and client interface

Working closely with Architecture and Fire teams internally

Reporting into COO

Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in building services consultancy

Strong mechanical background with full MEP oversight or strong electrical with proven coordination experience

Must have experience in schools / commercial / similar sectors

Comfortable leading coordination meetings and dealing directly with clients

Proven ability to manage teams and deliver projects end-to-end

Package:

90k - 110k base (depending on experience)

Pension + performance-related bonus
