Pay: €70K- €90K and negotiable dependent on experience

Experience: 8+ years with main contractors

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is a leading Irish leading building and civil contractor based in the Midlands with projects in the Midlands and Leinster Regions

They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Restoration / Refurbishment, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a busy, dynamic, growing construction company.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of all resources, budget specification and the completion of projects in a timely manner.

Prepare cost effective plans that meet the budget requirements.

Consult effectively and efficiently with project managers and other staff members

Negotiate effectively with clients.

Control all stages of projects within budget and expenditure.

Monitor the progress of projects.

Responsible for the completion of tender submissions and contract evaluations.

Requirements

Third level Qualification in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying or similar.

8+years’ experience with main contractors

Package

€70K - €90K negotiable dependant on experience

Full time permanent staff role with great career prospects
