Senior Signalling Specialist - Rail

Location: Dublin

Employment Type: Contract 

Work Location: Office based / Hybrid

Pay: Contract Rate 100 - 112 per hour

Experience: 10+ years experience in Rail

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is a large multinational EPCM consultancy that undertakes works in the highway and public realm and transportation areas.

Design & Technical Leadership: Producing, reviewing, and checking signalling designs (interlocking, track circuits, layouts) to meet safety standards.

Project Management: Managing project budgets, schedules, and technical requirements to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.

Supervision: Mentoring junior staff and providing technical guidance.

Stakeholder Management: Liaising with clients (e.g., Irish Rail, Network Rail) and suppliers. 

Qualifications:

Chartered senior signalling systems engineer, with a minimum qualification of NFQ level 8 in an appropriate discipline.  

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in light rail or metro signalling systems. 

Must have contract management and technical writing expertise. 

Package:

Contract role, 3 year contract 

100 - 112 per hour
