Site Manager - Main Contractor - Clonmel -Tipperary

Pay: €75K-€90K, negotiable depending on experience

Experience: 5+years working with main contractors

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is one of Ireland's leading Building Contractors with an immediate requirement for an experienced General Site Manager for a buildings based in Clonmel.

Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring efficient daily operations

Maintain accurate site diaries and manage workforce levels to meet programme targets

Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards

Implement and monitor Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems

Identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining safety and compliance

Requisition materials and ensure deliveries meet specification and scheduling needs

Organise and attend site meetings to facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders

Requirements

5 years’ experience in a Site Management role, ideally with a main contractor

Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade background

Proven experience delivering projects from inception through to completion

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance and manage subcontractors

Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail

Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills

Deep technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry and regulatory environment
