Site Manager - Modular Assembly Facility - Kildare

Office/Project Location: Kill, Kildare

Work Location: Offsite Modular Construction Assembly facility 

Pay: €70-€80K Salary - negotiable based on experience

Experience: 3+ years working with construction contractors in site manager roles, experience working on offsite modular projects or factory environments advantageous

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our Client is a leading construction and design company that specialises in providing high-quality, innovative and sustainable building solutions.

They provide comprehensive building services to government agencies, private developers, major retailers and manufacturers.

They have completed commercial buildings, residential complexes, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, sports and hospitality establishments build projects.

They are seeking an experienced site manager for their modular assembly facility based in Kill, Kildare.

The role will work closely with construction teams on multiple build sites by providing support and resolving queries efficiently.

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and safe working practices.

Requirements

3+years experience working with construction contractors in site manager roles, additional experience working on offsite modular projects or factory environments advantageous 

Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices.

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.

High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Computer literate

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and customer service.

Good team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritise, to achieve deadlines and to work with minimal supervision
