Site Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor - Sligo

Office/Project Location: Sligo

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Location: Office Based with sites visits

Pay: €55K-80K

Experience: 3+years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is one of Ireland's top 30 leading Construction Contractors, and they provide construction solutions to the commercial, pharmaceutical, energy, healthcare and industrial sectors. 

Preparation of standard documentation – reports, valuations, letters, financial reports

Preparation of tender documents as required by procurement choice

Analysis of tenders and preparing tender reports at all stages of procurement

Prepare valuations and Cost Reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations

Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims

Prepare and agree final accounts

Requirements

3+ years' proven experience of working with a large main contractor in a QS role

BSc essential in a construction related discipline

Excellent IT skills

Firm understanding of contracts methods

Excellent communication skills

The ideal candidate will be results driven, self-motivated and resourceful with excellent client relationship skills

Package

Salary €55k - €80k Negotiable depending on experience
