Corporate social responsibility policy
The objective of JobContax’s overall policy with regard to corporate social responsibility matters is to provide a reference point to all stakeholders, including all employees, on the elements that drive the conduct of JobContax within the world in which we operate. JobContax recognises its corporate responsibility and this is
reflected in various policies we hold that relate to the following:
Standards of business conduct
We are committed to ensuring that our business is conducted in all respects according to rigorous ethical, professional and legal standards. We are regulated by the Irish Government Employment Agency Act 1971.
Commercial imperative
We are a commercial organisation and we will pursue the best possible economic return for our shareholders. However, in making economic decisions, we will have regard to the impact of these decisions on other stakeholders, including society and the environment.

Employee personal conduct
All our employees are expected to act with honesty, integrity and fairness. The offer or acceptance of any form of bribery is prohibited, including facilitation fees. Hospitality, gifts and improper offers or payments that seek to induce or reward improper performance or might appear to place any person under an obligation are prohibited. All JobContax companies and employees will adhere to the highest ethical and legal standards in business dealings throughout the world. Conflicts of interest that interfere with proper performance or independent judgment are prohibited.

Community
We firmly believe that finding people jobs is a vital benefit to society. We are committed to being a responsible corporate citizen through support for appropriate non-political and non-sectarian projects, organisations and charities. In addition, we invest in our communities via direct initiatives, such as an annual internship scheme to improve the employment prospects of local disadvantaged youth.
Charity
Our staff actively supports a range of charities through four Dress Down Days that take place throughout the year.
As part of our commitment to charity, our employees are entitled to an extra two days off per year to participate in unpaid work for their chosen charity.
Human rights
Our relationships with clients, candidates, employees, business partners, suppliers and the communities within which we operate are based upon respect for individuals and their human rights.
JobContax take seriously all feedback that we receive from everyone with whom we have any ad-hoc
dealings through to day to day involvement. Accordingly all suggested, constructive amendments or
comments on this policy are actively encouraged. We aim to consistently evaluate this policy. The
Director’s at JobContax are responsible for the implementation of this policy and the responsibility for our
performance and actions against this policy rest with all our employees.
This policy will be reviewed on a regular basis to evaluate continued relevance and to monitor compliance.
