1. Job Vacancy Definition / Initial Consultation:
Meeting or teleconference with Client to discuss role in detail.
Internal meeting to discuss the role in detail and work through the competency requirements.
2. Search Plan:
Liaise with relevant technical managers to identify what locations, industries, similar companies and skill sets to target for the role.
Create a detailed search engine based on this information, to source relevant candidates through various channels.
3. Recruitment:
Screen candidates and present technical manager with the initial list of candidates for review.
Technical Manager creates initial list for Lead Recruiter.
Lead Recruiter Interviews candidates online
Basic education and industry background checks carried out for Candidates who prove suitable at interview.
Submit Long List to Technical Manager for discussion with Client
4. Long List:
Present Client with formatted CVs of candidates on the Long List
Meet with Client or arrange teleconference to discuss the relative attributes of each candidate and compile the Short List of candidates to proceed with through the process.
5. Short List:
Decide on Short List with Client
Schedule Interviews for short listed candidates with Client
Review Interview performance with Client and highlight candidates to be proceeded to the next stage.
